One Number, Not a Leaderboard

At the center of the app is a ring.

One number. Your Evolution score.

Not a leaderboard. Not your rank against the person next to you. One number, and it's only ever about you.

That was a deliberate choice, and it's worth explaining.

Comparison is a thief

Rank an advisor against the room and one of two things happens. Either they're ahead, and they coast. Or they're behind, and they shrink.

Neither is growth. Both are performance theater.

We don't want you measuring yourself against the advisor next to you. We want you measuring yourself against who you were last week, and who you're deciding to become.

So the ring is yours. It answers one question: Am I becoming who I set out to be?

Three arcs, equal weight

The ring is made of three parts — Identity, Professional Rhythm, and Business — weighted equally. Not because they're equally easy, but because a career isn't built on only one of them.

Skill without identity collapses under pressure. Identity without activity is just a nice feeling. Activity without a sustainable business burns out.

You need all three. The ring shows all three. And it shows them in balance, so you can see at a glance where you're whole and where you're thin.

It never reaches 100

Here's the detail people notice: the ring caps at 99. You can live every discipline perfectly and it still won't say 100.

That's not a bug. It's a belief.

Becoming is not a finish line. There is no week where you arrive and stop. The advisor at 99 isn't "done" — they're simply living the rhythm, and the rhythm continues.

A score of 100 would be a lie. It would say you've become everything you'll ever become. You haven't. Neither have I.

So the ring is a mirror, not a scoreboard

Glance at it in the morning and it doesn't tell you whether you're winning. It tells you the truth about the direction you're heading — and then invites you to keep going.

One number. Only yours. Never finished.
