Why we made it that way
Because the easiest thing in the world is to build an app that measures activity and calls it growth. Buttons pressed. Boxes checked. A number that goes up.
And the moment you do that, people optimize for the number instead of the becoming. They perform the app. They don't grow.
We refused to build that.
Rhythm, we measure — did you live the disciplines, faithfully, this week. Business, we measure — is the practice sustainable. Those are honest signals.
But Identity — the deepest part, who you're becoming — belongs to your coaching, not to a tally of taps. It's the one number the app can't be tricked into handing you.
What it protects
It protects you from the lie that motion is the same as progress.
An advisor can be busy in the app every day and not be growing. An advisor can have a quiet week in the app and be growing enormously — because the growth happened in a conversation, a reflection, a hard client meeting.
So the app looks where growth actually lives. In your development. In your coaching. In who you're becoming.
Not in whether you kept a streak alive.
