Advisor Evolution LLC Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the Advisor Evolution program, the Member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and any amendments thereto.

2. License to Use Materials: The Company grants the Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided materials, including books, workbooks, videos, and syllabuses (collectively, "Materials"), solely for the purpose of personal and professional development within the scope of the Advisor Evolution program.

3. Restrictions on Use: The Member agrees not to reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or use the Materials for any purpose outside the scope of personal and professional development within the program. Unauthorized use of the Materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of this license.

4. Intellectual Property: The Materials are and shall remain the sole property of the Company. No rights of ownership or other licensing rights are transferred to the Member, except for the limited license to use the Materials as specified herein.

5. Confidentiality: The Member must maintain the confidentiality of the Materials and not disclose any information contained therein to third parties without the Company's prior written consent.

6. Termination of Access: The Member's access to the Materials may be terminated by the Company at any time, with or without cause, with immediate effect. Upon termination, the Member must cease using the Materials and delete or return all copies of the Materials.

7. No Warranties: The Materials are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Member's use of the Materials or participation in the program.

9. Indemnification: The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Materials or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana.

11. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the program and Materials after such amendments constitutes the Member's consent to such amendments.

12. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

 

By signing up for the Advisor Evolution program and downloading the Materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
